Project Title: The Urban Luxe Sanctuary Style: Contemporary Modern / Eclectic Luxury

Description: This residence explores the harmonious balance between sophisticated luxury and raw, tactile textures. The design language is anchored in an open-plan concept that allows for fluid movement between the social zones while maintaining distinct visual identities for each space.

In the living area, the focal point is a dramatic floor-to-ceiling grey stone-cladded TV wall, softened by the warmth of heavy beige drapery and a statement brass-and-crystal chandelier. The connection to nature is emphasized through the sliding glass doors, revealing a lush vertical garden that brings the outdoors in.

Transitioning to the dining space, the mood shifts to a modern industrial aesthetic. A textured concrete-finish feature wall provides a cool backdrop for the warmth of the natural wood live-edge dining table. Overhead, a striking interlocking geometric LED suspension light acts as an art installation, defining the eating area.

The design extends to the balcony, which serves as a whimsical retreat. Departing from the formal interior, this space embraces a retro-chic vibe with vintage metal signage, warm wood paneling, and relaxed wicker seating—perfect for evening unwinding.
